A natural face lift can take years off your face without surgery or breaking your bank. Remember the muscles in your face need a workout too so you can bring them back to their original firmness and prevent them from sagging. There are exercises you can do to firm and tone your skin, and even some great DrOz face lift recipes where you can make your own facial treatments. Here are some helpful exercises to help you lift, firm, and tone your face to look years younger!

5 Best Natural Face Lift Exercises

Non-surgical face lifts can give you a younger appearance, while making wrinkles smoother, and gives the skin better tone. Not only does a natural face lift make you look better, they can also make you feel better about yourself and your looks. The following exercises will leave no scars, no bruises or no open wounds. It is easy to do and costs little. You can try each of them without caring about your age.

1

Natural Chin Tuck

Option 1: This exercise can help to firm the muscles and pull the skin up on the front of your neck. All you have to do is lift your chin up while pressing with gentle pressure using your middle and index fingers under the chin at the neckline. Clench your teeth and press the tongue to the bottom row of your teeth. You will feel the upper neck muscles contract. Push your tongue a little harder against your teeth and hold for a count of 10. Then pull your tongue back a little for a count of 10. Repeat 4 to 5 times a day.

Option 2: Cover your front teeth with your lips and form your mouth into an “O.” While doing this, keep your lips covering your teeth and form a smile. Do this 6 times. Keep your lips in a smile shape and tilt your head back gently while moving your lower jaw up and down two times. Rest a few seconds and then repeat two more times.

2

Face Muscle Relaxer

Believe it or not, having tight muscles in the face isn’t always a good thing. If you have tension in your body and your face muscles are feeling it too, this can cause wrinkles. You should relax your face muscles when you aren’t exercising them. To do this, you can gently massage your forehead muscles during the day. Put fingers on the forehead and lightly brush the skin from middle out toward the temples. Place your fingers on your cheeks and brush outward. Put your palms over your eyes and press gently. Repeat all of these moves 3 times and do this 3 to 5 times a day.

3

Cheek Firmer

Relax your body and sit quietly. Close your mouth softly and then pucker up like you are giving someone a kiss. Push out the lips as hard as possible. If you are doing this right you will feel a pull in the mouth, cheek and jaw area. Hold this for 10 seconds and release. Repeat 10 times and perform often during the day.

4

Forehead Stress Reliever

Option 1: Stress in the forehead can leave lasting wrinkles. To relax these muscles, use your knuckles and press in above your eyebrows for 5 to 10 seconds. Take your thumbs from both hands and rub the forehead. This increases circulation to the area. Do these exercises once daily especially when you are nervous, stressed or tense.

Option 2: Gently place the fingers of both hands on your forehead and spread them out in the space between your brows and hairline. Take your fingers and sweep them across your entire forehead with light gentle pressure. After you sweep, relax for a few seconds and repeat up to 10 times.

5

Face Firm Up

The face firm up massage helps to contract and tighten the muscles in your face. It can also improve blood flow leaving your skin radiant. This can give you a toned, firmer and glowing complexion without surgery. For this exercise, place the tips of all your fingers on your eyebrow line and move them around quickly to massage. Do this for about 30 seconds. You can do this on any area of your face a few times each week.
